Who we are
This website belongs to Nine Lives Software, De Nieuwe Erven 3, unit 15208, 5431 NV Cuijk, Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42167921. We are responsible for the personal data processed through this website.
This statement covers this website only. Each of our products, such as Servd, has its own privacy statement on its own website.
The contact form
When you send a message through the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your organisation if you fill it in, the subject and your message. We use these details only to reply to your message. We do not use them for marketing or statistics.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering the questions people send us.
Your message reaches us by email. We keep it for as long as we need it to handle your question, and no longer than 12 months after our last contact about it.
To prevent abuse of the form, the server briefly keeps your IP address in memory, for up to 10 minutes. It is not stored anywhere else.
Visitor statistics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device and does not follow you across other websites. We only see totals, such as how often a page was visited, not who visited it.
We use Google Search Console to see how this website appears in Google's search results. Search Console does not place any code or cookies on this website.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies.
Who processes data for us
The website runs on Vercel. The contact form sends its email through Resend. Both process data only on our instructions, under a data processing agreement. Both companies are based in the United States; where data leaves the EU, this is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you may object to how we use it. Send your request through the contact form. We aim to reply within 24 hours and will handle your request within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
